Regaining trust is a slow process. But if you really want to heal things then you have to work.

Your flyer is making you do all the work. She does her ball too early. While her flexibility is beautiful, it should be a 50/50 stunt, not 60/40! Amazing work!

I'm working on getting my standing bhs and I'm sooo close! Apart from the mental challenge of it, my coach keeps saying that I'm throwing my shoulders back, instead of leading with my fingers. When I think really hard about it, I can fix the problem, but I can't feel the difference :/ Do you have any tips that might help out?
Swing those arms as hard as you can behind you and just don’t forget to use those legs as well with the same amount of power :)
